Tricky
This item is difficult and tricky to use. Also heavy to handle. May be good if ice was thick but as a general snow removal/ice removal implement for the vehicle (every day use) not that good.
Rating :
Not very durable...
I got one last year, and the blade had chips in it by the end of the year. It still works well but there are gaps that don't get scraped in one swipe. Also the handle isn't very long, so if you are shorter than me (6'2") you might not be able to scrape your whole windshield.
Rating :
Piece of junk
I read all the reviews and thought I would try it even though there were a lot of bad reviews.
Major complaints: It is just like a cheap scraper in that it only shaves a small strip of frost off the window and not a massive sweep like it advertises.
Very hard to use. I am 6' tall and tried to use this on a 2007 Camry. So I was plenty tall enough and a Camry is not a big car. I was having to lean up against the car just to get everything. Not user friendly at all.
Minor complaints: Not very sturdy. Mine didn't break on the first use like other reviewers but it did feel like it could snap at any time. There are a lot of pieces which means a lot of potential for breaking.
Overall: I am returning this product. It does not perform as advertised. It is almost completely useless.
Rating :
Not for short people with tall trucks :)
I received this as a gift. It works really well on my car as I can reach the window with no problems. It is hard to use on my truck though because of the angle of the grip. I can't put enough pressure on it to make it remove ice from my truck. It is great for removing the ice off of the wiper blades. I would suggest this for car owners but not for anything taller than your average family car.
Rating :
Good, but not great
Purchased this scraper in December 09. Got to finally use here in Virginia during the blizzard we had in February. It's ok for pushing snow off your car; it pushes great, but it's not long enough to push snow all the way off your windshield or roof. The scraper works as expected, pretty good. The long handle lets you get more leverage for that thick ice. The brush attachment is kind of a pain. It constantly falls off of my scraper when I am using it or the scraper side. Overall, it's a decent scraper if you get it cheap enough, but you could probably do better with a normal hand scraper and a brush.

Editorial Review :
Mothers California Gold Clay Bar system is created to remove the particulate debris and contaminants that washing and polishing can't remove.
Customer Review :
Gives my car a showrooms shine
Just used this product and I love what it did for the finish on my car. It removed the contaminants and brought a clean shine to my car like the day I brought it home. I've used waxes and polishes before but nothing performs as well as this particular clay bar system.

Our Jaguar had specs on the entire back end and these clay slabs got them cleaned off. PERFECT!!!!!

Mother's California Gold Clay
This is one product that in my opinion is well worth the money. I just finished the hood on my car and the result is great. You can feel the grit and grime on the surface and once you apply this product the surface is as smooth a it can be not to mention how shiney it was. I then applied Mother's wax and now have a surfce better looking that the day the vehicle left the dealership.

This really works
I've been using this product for years and will state for the record that it really does work. It will not bring back a badly oxidized, neglected paint job. It doesn't work miracles like that, but it really does work if you use on a car that hasn't been allowed to rot or been forgotten. This product works best when used after a thorough wash. Some people use it while washing, but I feel this can have a negative effect as it may help to embed dirt and contaminants instead of allowing the suds to lift and carry them away. Plenty of the included spray detailer must be used or else the clay will stick to the car. I personally don't rub too aggressively, and I don't believe that is necessary. After the clay the residue is wiped away with a microfiber cloth. While you can leave the car as is, it is a really good idea to put on a coat of wax immediately after claying the car. You will be amazed at how smooth and slick the car's paint will be after just claying, and with the wax it'll feel like you greased the surface. The results can be incredible if you are patient and follow the directions. The only thing to remember is that if the clay bar ever falls on the ground it must be thrown away. Trying to use it after that would be akin to taking a sanding block to the car. You can't go wrong with Mother's products.

Worked Great!
I purchased this item two months ago to use on my 2002 Tacoma double cab. The directions were straight forward and the process was very simple. It took me about 40 minutes to rub over the entire truck. The clay bar did a superb job removing the "grit" off the paint, leaving a silky smooth finish that was ready for wax.

Editorial Review :
Mallory Cool Snow Tool Snow Brush combines a long, comfortable, molded handle and a durable brush to help remove the snow. This is constructed with high quality material for durability, measuring 26” in length.
Customer Review :
Awesome product at an awesome price...
Hi All,
Not much that can be said about a snow brush...but I will tell you that this is a great product. The northeast, while not being hammered with blizzards, has been getting hit with a lot of small nuisance type snow/ice storms. I got tired of our older brush...and one day while sitting in (snow day) I decided to hunt a new one down on Amazon. $3.58 with free shipping and not an ounce wasted in gasoline..... What more do I need to say?
I love the cushioned grip with cut outs to wrap your fingers around it perfectly. The ice scraper works great and so far had held up to 3 cars - for 3 scrapings.
Excellent product in my opinion and a great value to boot.
Rating :
Best snow brush/scraper I've found
Ergonomic handle design is very comfortable. I like the foam grip. Scraper seems indestructible and is very efficent and separating the ice from the glass. Bristles are thick, yet soft. Minimizing risk of scratching painted surfaces. I bought one of these for myself at a local store a couple of years ago. My wife broke her old cheapo brush and I looked all over to find another Mallory, which I could not. I ended up looking them up on line and found my best deal on Amazon. I'd like to see more local merchants stock these, as I paid more in shipping than I did for the brush.

Get's the job done
I bought these before the worst snow storms in DCs history. I am glad I did. They seem rugged and got the job done. They have only survived one winter so far, but they don't seem to have taken a beating.
Rating :
Excellent, durable, no scratches, great grip, great price.
Perfect length, excellent functionality, doesn't leave scratches, has a great rubber foam grip that isn't going to melt or get sticky, and was only $3.58.
Rating :
Proper length. Convenient design.
A well made piece. This brush is not too stiff and the ice scrapper part is located on the opposite side of the handle (convenient if you only need to brush off the show or leaves). Rubberized handle allows for a good, solid grip. Lightweight.

Editorial Review :
Zwipes microfiber is a great new technology, with many applications that includes your automobile, boat, RV or motorcycle. Cleaning with microfiber products is fast, easy and environmentally friendly. It is sometimes described as having a magnetic attraction to dirt and dust. Zwipes products attract and instantly remove dust like a magnet. From Glass, stainless steel, chrome, paint, plastic, and wood you can clean with a simple rubbing motion. The miraculous fiber eliminates the need for cleaning solutions. Microfiber contains over 90,000 fibers per square inch, and is the softest and thickest of all microfibers. It is especially effective for trapping particles with static electricity, thus eliminating the need for cleaners and detergents. It is designed to adhere to a surface, literally clinging to grease, oils and film. They are 100% streak free. Use Zwipes on any wood surface, stereo equipment, windows or mirrors. Leave one in your car, take them on your boat or carry them in your motorcycle bag. Wherever you need a quick wipe down. Each cleaning cloth measures 12" x16". Perfect for the garage and even in the kitchen.

Microfiber wipes
Love this stuff. Absorbs and dries fantastically! I rate better than a chamois cloth becuz of ease wringing out the water. 1st wipe leaves small tiny droplets of water, 2nd wipe and whatever is all dried. Usually I don't wash, dry or wax my old cars at all. Trying to keep my new car NEW! and have been washing/waxing with these cloths, and its never been easier. I'm extolling probably most brands of MICROFIBER cloths.

Just The Best
If you are going to polish or clean you motorcycle or car. Zwipes Microfiber cloths are just simply the best.Microfibers do not leave fuzzy lint like other cloths do.The shine you get from polishing with microfibers is just incrdible. I Do Not B_ll Sh_t ....

As advertised
I have used these micro-fiber towels for some time. I use them for cleaning and polishing a variety of surfaces, but particularly soft plastics. Assuming the towels are kept clean, I have yet to find anything that works better to clean things like eye glasses, face shields, polished plastic and the like with no scratching.
Works as advertised.

great microfiber towels
These are great microfiber towels...exactly what you would expect for microfiber towels. While these are great in texture, they are a bit thin and small. Well I guess because they're so cheap, they are still worth it. I highly recommend them!

Awesome for cleaning your car windshield.
No more streaks, yay. Paper towels always let me down. Now I have the ultimate weapon on preventing streaks when cleaning my windshield.

Editorial Review :
Meguiar's Even-Coat Applicator has specialized microfiber material that produces amazing results when applying wax or polish. It is ideally sized for long-term comfort and you can wash and dry as you would any towel.
Customer Review :
Great addition to my car detailing kit
These are the best applicator pads that I've used. The microfiber exterior really makes a complete distribution of wax. I used to apply polishing compound as well to remove some scratches and didn't have very good luck, but after reading the instructions on the bottle, I tried a terry cloth applicator and had much better results.
Rating :
The best pads you can get
I have waxed a lot of cars in my day. I have been doing detail jobs on the side for years and I want to someday do it as a full-time job with my own business. I believe this makes me qualified to make an intelligent review. The thing about applicators is you don't want to use a towel or a foam pad. The towel isn't thick enough, and your hand will press funny in spots and not in others. Foam pads apply even pressure but the texture is weird and unsuitable for a truly good job. Now these pads are foam wrapped in microfiber cloth. They work great and you can wash them over and over again. I pretty much use only Meguiar's products and this is why. They make the best stuff out there.
Rating :
Another must-have product from Meguiar's
These pads are simply the best out there for applying wax. As another reviewer mentioned, they are basically a foam pad on the inside with a microfiber cloth wrapped around the exterior. This literally gives the best of both worlds! The foam interior gives the pad shape which allows for an even application of wax. The microfiber outside makes sure that you don't scratch your car as you apply it. Also, I've noticed that for liquid waxes in particular, a sponge applicator seems to absorb a lot of the wax into the sponge itself, which is sort of a waste. A rolled up microfiber towel avoids this absorption but it is very unwieldy and it's difficult to apply a smooth and even pressure on. Again, these applicators solves those issues by combining the two. Also, these pads are a nice size, probably about 5 inches in diameter, which allows you to cover a large area very quickly. I find the pads that come with many wax kits to be far too small, which just means more work for you to cover your car. Finally, washing these out is a snap and each applicator is durable enough for many waxes. Get these, you won't regret it!

Nice addition to my cleaning kit
Works as advertised and feels very soft on the paint, used to rub in the scratch remover and was felt good using. Can't really do much describing this other than it does what it's supposed to, is solidly constructed and is large enough for an adult male to hold in one hand each and transfer the pressure towards the job.
That's it...

Questions & Answers
Question : Car care that is no harmful to the environment?
Many products used to keep our cars running smoothly and looking nice contain toxins that threaten the environment (more specifically, our water supplies) when not disposed of properly. What are some vehicle maintenance tips that are also eco-friendly?
Answer:
To keep your car clean and avoid the need for car washes you can park it in the garage or use a cloth cover. You can also use a duster daily instead of using a water car wash. There are some sprays you can use to wash without water as well. In general I don't wash my car often, maybe 2-3 times a year and I am lucky because I have a car wash that uses solar panels for power, biodegradable soaps and recycles it's own water. I also skip the fragrance. If you live in an area where you don't have to worry about freezing you can use vinegar and water in your windshield fluid reservoir. I have a Prius and had to make a choice when it came time to buy new tires. Toyota recommends the light 10K mile tires, but I didn't want to toss out a new set of tires every 18 months, so I sacrificed a few mpg and got the 50K mile tires. Keeping them properly inflated and rotated on a regular basis helps them last and gives me the best gas mileage. I take my car to the dealership for all maintenance and they recycle the oil and oil filters.

Question : What is a good car care center to get your car maintenance done? Is Meineke a good and reliable place?
have you been to Meineke? what was your experience there? What about other places like Avis Lube, Jiffy Lube?thanks
Answer:
Might look for a local gas station garage whom has been there for quite awhile. These usually have customers whom will not go to anyone else to have their service done. These people generally treat you like a good friend and will let you know what should be done now and what you may need in the future, say they do the tire rotation and balance for you and notice that your brakes are getting thin but not at the point that you have to change them today, they will say that maybe next time you come in for your next service that you might want to think about getting the brakes done at the same time. In my experience most shops like Meineke, Jiffy Lube, don't really car about the customer and will try to push for unnecessary work to line their pocket books.I agree with Frank for I am an independent mechanic.
