More than OIL

This chemical is great for other applications, not just OIL. In full strength on OIL or OIL Base products it is awesome and works like the manufacturer states. It is good for all kinds of stains, especially carpet and rug spots, red clay deposits (like we have in Tennessee), and my favorite; eliminating messy inkjet ink from my hands and areas where it may splash or spill. I refill InkJet Carts and it is messy to say the least; so with Oil Eater, either full strength or diluted, it gets the job done. My wife used it for food stains during prewash. It gets out berry juices, and loads of other things. I have used it for years and would not be without it.

Excellent for cleaning foosball tables, and everything else

This stuff is like magic, it cuts through everything! I use it to clean my foosball table, but it's great for all sorts of jobs around the house and at work.

My boyfriend uses this stuff for just about everything in and around the house. It never lets him down, and it never ruins any finishes or fabrics. Now my mother uses it all over the house, too. Great, safe degreaser!

Great for all your cleaning needs

This even removes stubborn labels, tar and sap stains that are tracked in from outside, and is a good laundry degreaser too. I'm going to try it on my wheels and those pesky road tar spots. I would make the scent a bit less like industrial cleaner but this is not an issue with me. It's cheaper than Spray Nine and works just as well because of its concentration.

Thought this would be an oil killer

Bought to clean up excess oil when I lubricate my motorcycle chain. I used full strength, two times, and was very disappointed with the results. I then grabbed my bottle of Simple Green, which resulted in much better overall results. Not perfect but considerably better! My wife is a lot happier too, wasn't to happy with the oil stains on our driveway. (They are almost gone)

Good strong cleaner

This is definitely a good strong cleaning product, great for cleaning up real nasty stuff from greasy grime to nicotine buildup etc...

I gave it 4 out 5 stars only because it's not quite as potent as some of the aerosal degreasers that mechanics use. I've seen some that you can just spray on and watch the oil/grease literally melt right off (especially metal), but this doesn't quite go that far. It definitely melts away the surface stuff but it's not a "spray & forget" solution, you will need to do some wiping / scrubbing with this. But that's just being picky for the sake of those who might be thinking to use this as a spray & forget solution.

I have used this product for jobs inside and outside of the house. The product can be diluted per instructions to make it go farther. It works great for cleaning sticky messes. Smells great too.

Indispensible

This is an indispensible item in my stain-fighting arsenal. Nothing else works on well on oily stains. Truth be told, it may take two or three washes to get perfect results, but the stains that other products can't seem to touch, this one will get in the end.

Best Degreaser on the market! Use on Bikes!

This is the absolute best stuff on the market. Puts Simple Green and all the other orange degreasers to shame. I use this to strip off all the grease and buildup on my bicycle components. It eats every bit of oil and leaves no clumps. Works just as good as the heavy duty chain degreasers sold by park or pedro's but at 1/4 the cost.

This is the best degreaser I have fround in the last fifteen years. use both in an industrial and home use for cleaning repaired and new production parts.

The best stain remover ever

I had this product on hand to clean my grill and one day got a really bad grease stain on a very nice blouse and thought I would try the oil eater on it, since it was runined anyways and to my surprise it came out.
I have been using it ever since to get stains out of my clothes and tell all my friends about this product.

Great product!

For months, I have been searching for the best product to remove oil and transmission fluid stains from my driveway. The stains were months old and every product I used had failed. I was at an auto parts store over the weekend and decided to give Oil Eater a try. The price was very reasonable (about $11.00) and appeared to be very versatile. Once I got home, I poured some Oil Eater on a couple well-settled stains. After letting the product sit for about 15 minutes, I poured a little more on the stain and began lightly scrubbing the stain with a push broom. Finally, I rinsed the surface with a water hose and the oil and transmission stains disappeared! This product is wonderful -- it has my endorsement.

Great for clothing stains

If you have tomato, grease (any kind), ink, you name it type of stain, just pour this on and let it soak for about 15 minutes.

Then wash normally (and can put the clothing you soaked into the wash with others).

It will REMOVE stains that you thought couldn't be removed.

Especially tomato based that looks like the clothing is ruined forever.

Not with this stuff!
