Question : Can you help me with corrections?
IntroductionNitrous Oxide or laughing gas is a chemical compound. N2O has to be use with precaution. N20 can be recognizing as Nitro Oxide System, which it is injected to cars. It increases engine speed by allowing fuel run faster thought car. This chemical compound can also be dangerous.II. History In the year 1977 Nitrous oxide was discovered by the Joseph priest. But Joseph he did not name it. Humpry Daved named the chemical compound N20. Nitrous Oxide is belived to be discovered in the English country of Yorkshire. It was a great satisfaction for Joseph Priest, and no data of problems have been found.III. Chemical Background and impactN2O would be nitrogen Oxygen. This two are none harmful. Nitrogen and oxygen are needed for human life. Nitrogen is 71.1% earth atmosphere. Oxygen is 20%. N20 compound improves surgeries without pain. But a secondary effect came, the use as it as drug. Too much of inhaling this chemical, could lead you to die.IV. Modern usesN2O us

Answer:
The only correction I see is that Nitrous Oxide is NO2, not N20. Other than that, forge ahead!

Question : Dry or wet nitrous kit for Honda Pilot?
I am going to install a 50-75HP nitrous oxide kit on my Honda Pilot and I was wondering which system (wet or dry) works best with the Pilot fuel/intake system to avoid detonation. Will the fuel pump/regulator be sufficient with a dry system considering maximum pressure will be given at WOT or should I install an extra fuel supply line and go wet? If going with the wet system, I will still be using stock fuel pump/regulator but again maximum pressure will be given at WOT.

Answer:
At that level either one should be fine. The wet kit is usually more reliable, but the dry kit can be too. The argument rages to this day....it will never be decided since there are die hard fans of both. Interesting idea for a project by the way.

Question : Fossil fuel plays a vital role in food, should these black stuff be preserved for food, now?
Petroleum plays a vital role in food, but nitrous oxide is a by product of fossil fuel in combustion engine, which inactivates vitamin B12 (also called cobalamin) by oxidation.B12 deficiency causes encephalopathy, the inflammation in the brain, let alone sensory neuropathy or myelopathy. These big-headedness affect the normal functioning of the brain and nervous system.Lonesome George was a case in point when the few big-headedness ventured into Galapagos for food, with snout in their trots, now shed crocodile tears with tortoise. These parasitic brains are helping themselves again with fossil fuel, a generation from now will label these rarest black stuff potent symbol of past industrialized civilization. With the dispersion rate per square mile on many part of the world now reached critical points, and the tilting of the biotic potential on human population as a result of advance in medical science. If the remaining black stuff are not preserved for vital industrial and agricultural usage now, no military power than can assure world security in a generation's time.http://www.lot64.com/Thoughts1b.asp

Answer:
oil is the cheapest, but not the only, source for the things you're worried about.clearly it would be good to stop using oil, for many reasons.but keep in mind that life existed on this planet for millions of years w/o the benefit of the use of oil.

Question : Is there a worse product than ethanol the governement has forced us to buy?
The added demand for corn has pushed up prices by 10 to 12 cents a bushelethanol costs some $1.74 a gallon to produce, compared to less than a dollar for a gallon of gasolineethanol production is a waste of energy, consuming 70 percent more energy to produce than it generates when used as a fuel.Ethanol critics also counter proponents’ claims that ethanol is a completely clean-burning fuel. While it does reduce many harmful emissions, it can increase nitrous oxides, especially if it doesn’t burn properly, said Hudson.Today, about a third of all ethanol in the U.S. is produced by agricultural giant Archer Daniels Midland. Just exactly who is the slave of corporations? Republicans and Democrats too? No, it can't be!http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/3540967And last but not least, it rots out all the rubber parts in your fuel system.

Answer:
one thing worse would be health care ,but social security for anyone under 50 would be too,oh and the federal reserve which democrats gave us,they took away our lawful money.but yes ethanol is a bad idea

Question : Check my grammar on this essay please?
Global Warming is a very important issue today. Though it is mostly accepted by the media and public, there is more information behind global warming that you may not know about. Since global warming is theorized today as being caused by humans, there is information that proves that we are actually a very small cause of it. Researchers have found that in our earth’s history, similar effects of warming have been present millions of years ago, and continue to happen today. The leader on the issue of global warming, Al Gore, has produced a well-known film on this issue. However, most of the facts throughout his movie, “An Inconvenient Truth”, have been proven as “substantially inaccurate” (Monckton 3). Global Warming is a natural phenomenon.Global Warming is an increase in temperature in the earth’s atmosphere. This increase may be due to the trapping of greenhouse gases in our atmosphere, which holdthe heat we receive from the sun. Greenhouse gases do not just include carbon. In fact, CO2 is less than 3 percent of all greenhouse gases. Water vapor takes up the other 97 percent. The rest are methane, nitrous oxide, and ozone and trace gases. Many people pollute by burning fossil fuels, which puts carbon into our atmosphere. But plants feed on carbon and release oxygen. A study by Dr. Kevin Telmer, Assistant Professor in the School of Earth and Ocean Sciences at the University of Victoria, and Dr. Jan Veizer, Professor of Geology at the University of Ottawa, shows that the larger amounts of water vapor in the atmosphere at higher temperatures permit more carbon to be absorbed by plants. This means that when the world heats and more water is evaporated into the air, plants will absorb more carbon. Therefore the system regulates itself to deal with climatic changes (EnviroTruth). Before humans inhabited the earth, the world has actually been through far more extreme changes than what we see today. The natural cycles of our earth’s history have shown that carbon levels have risen and fallen even when humans didn’t inhabit the earth. Current Ice core records show that at the end of each of the last three major ice ages, temperatures rose several hundred years before carbon levels increased. Researchers at the Harvard-Smithsonian Center for Astrophysics have found that our century isn’t the most warm or extreme of weather over the past 1,000 years. The last time the earth has seen a hint of warming was during the Medieval Warm Period, which ranged from 800 to 1300 A.D. Following the Medieval Warm period was the Little Ice Age, which was from 1300 A.D. to 1900 A.D. This shows that the earth changes temperature even without humans’ carbon emissions. Dr. Petr Chylek, Professor of Physics and Atmospheric Science at Dalhousie University in Nova Scotia, concludes that “It is highly probable that the global average temperature will go up and down during future years regardless of what we do” (EnviroTruth). Some facts distributed to the public by Al Gore and the reasons most believe global warming is caused by humans are inaccurate. The first nine errors and exaggerations in Al Gore’s movie, “An Inconvenient Truth”, were presented by the Judge of High Court, London, in 2007. There were also twenty-six more errors throughout his movie that were not looked upon by the court because the court did not have time to look upon any more than those nine errors (Monckton 3). In Al Gore’s movie, he explained that a sea-level rise of 6 meters will be caused by the melting of either West Antarctica or Greenland. The Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), who had won the Nobel Peace Prize with Al Gore, has said that a sea-level increase 7 meters above today’s levels has happened naturally in past climates. The IPCC calculated that in the next 100 years, the two ice sheets will add 6 cm to sea level. Al Gore exaggerated this fact by 10,000% (Monckton 4). He also claims that carbon dioxide drives the temperature up, but this is actually the other way around (Monckton 6). According to Center for Science and Public Policy, and Center for the Study of Carbon Dioxide and Global Change, sometimes carbon dioxide and temperature are out of sync with each other; when one rises the other may fall. Other times, one can be on the verge to a higher or lower level, while another is in stasis. Even when both are in harmony, temperature almost always moves first, and by hundreds to thousands of years (8). Among the many other errors, Al Gore also said that Hurricane Katrina was manmade; which leaves us responsible for the deaths and destruction. But the real truth is that Gore’s Party, which is in the administration of New Orleans, ignored 30 years of warnings from the Corps of Engineers that the dams and levees could not stand a direct hit from a hurricane (Monckton 8).Ultimately, global warming is happening but not by means of human emissions; it is truly a natural occurrence. Before human life appeared on this planet, the earth has seen far more changes than what one may see in a lifetime. Some of the facts our media gives us on global warming are not always true, but who would question the facts they release to the public? The calculations and information may seem believable, but do we really know they are correct? Or do we just believe what we hear and accept it as the truth? If we could only focus on the positive side to global warming, we would understand the benefits that it will bring to us.Whats wrong with someone copying it? Copying others' work will catch up to them someday.lol @ chocho

Question : Are you pleased the U.S. government is finally basing policy on science?
rather than bowing down to fossil fuel interests and fringe conspiracy theorists?"WASHINGTON - The Environmental Protection Agency took a major step Monday toward regulating greenhouses gases, concluding that climate changing pollution threatens the public health and the environment. "http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/34311724/ns/us_news-environment/The scientific consensus:http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Scientific_opinion_on_climate_changeExample position statement from the APS:"Emissions of greenhouse gases from human activities are changing the atmosphere in ways that affect the Earth's climate. Greenhouse gases include carbon dioxide as well as methane, nitrous oxide and other gases. They are emitted from fossil fuel combustion and a range of industrial and agricultural processes. The evidence is incontrovertible: Global warming is occurring. If no mitigating actions are taken, significant disruptions in the Earth’s physical and ecological systems, social systems, security and human health are likely to occur. We must reduce emissions of greenhouse gases beginning now."[Andy,The Wikipedia reference summarizes the statements from dozens of scientific academies and organizations, and links directly to their pages. Then again, you knew that.Jim z says: "If you think the warming from a century ago proves man made warming, you need a 6th grade Earth Science refresher course as well as a history lesson."The evidence is there. Answer:
That's such an understatement, you have no idea.During the Bush dark ages when the EPA actually refused to regulate carbon emissions, even after the (conservative) Supreme Court ruled that they had to, it was just embarrassing. This is the Environmental freaking Protection Agency, refusing to regulate the cause of climate change. It was just unbelievable. Meanwhile Europe was enacting a carbon cap and trade system, even Australia finally signed Kyoto, and our government refused to take any action whatsoever. To be blunt, it was an embarrassing time to be an American. Our country was completely backwards, ruled by the anti-science crowd.Electing President Obama (who appointed intelligent people to government agencies like the EPA) and a congressional Democratic majority (which seems willing to pass a carbon cap and trade system) was a breath of fresh air. Now our country is actually taking a leadership role again. Not only has the EPA finally agreed to regulate CO2, but the Obama Admin has reached agreements with India and China to curb their CO2 growth, and Obama has said he'll visit the Copenhagen conference. It's such a refreshing change from the government that said "if China and India won't cur their emissions, then we won't either!". That was such a pathetic cop-out attitude, and to be fair, in the '90s it was shared by most Democrats as well. It's great that the American majority is no longer anti-science.By the way, I love that jim z puts on this façade that he understands climate science better than any of us when he never presents a shred of scientific evidence to support his claims other than "I know what I'm talking about because I'm a freaking geologist!".

Question : I want to Put Nitrous Oxide in My car what system can I use?
Hi I have a 2003 VW Golf 2.0L 4 cylinder fuel injected petrol running car. It has a AEM CAI and a catback. Oh yea it is Natually aspirated, no turbo or supercharger. I want to put a NOS in it but I was wondering if i should use dry or wet, what brand, and if you could give me a specidic product number that would be great. Im on a budget about 600 dollars is the most I could pay for the system and installation, unless it is a fairly easy install.

Answer:
if you put nos on it without upgrading the engine itself, you WILL be replacing the engine. you need to upgrade the pistons, rings, heads, ect. to support the extra heat nos will give you

Thanks to answer #1 for their great concern and there is no book.#1-torque gets you going, horsepower keeps you going. I got this one WRONG thanks to y'all. And the question about Shifting power to alternating cylinders during hard acceleration, that is a NO.And about Firing all cylinders for max engine power, that is a YES.Answer #2 in my opinion came the closest, but I'm thinking Answer #1 deserves the points. But he won't get them, he didn't play by the rules.Look, I have several more of these, so lets try a little harder to get me an 80% rather than a 77%. DAMMIT!
