These work extremely well! I was upset when I found out my husband spent so much on wiper blades, because I could not justify the price. However, I was shocked by the effectiveness, I will never go back to crappy, cheap blades. Buy these and you won't mind the rain.

I like these the best

I've tried 4 types of single-piece wiper blades and I like the Bosch Icon the best. This set was just installed on my Lexus but the set on my Toyata has been flawless for over 10 months and they're still working as new. Some of the other reviewers say they have problems with the blades not making full contact with the windshield but that has not been my experience. My experience is that the blades contact over their entire length with consistent presssure. These blades are far superior to the OEM blades my dealer sells.

AWESOME FOR MY BOAT

This monitor replaces my old one which I gave away at our yacht club. Couldn't find another one at Walmart so got them here. This newer version displays voltage to two decimal places, which is useful on my 38' Sabre cruiser since I use it to tell what the relative electrical draw is when I turn on a particular light or device. I have an analog voltmeter on my electric panel, but this is far more useful. I also finally realized that this monitor does in fact have some mysterious circuitry which lets it judge the level of charge in the battery banks not only in the 10-12 volt range, when the engine and its alternator are off, but it can do this even while charging, when the voltage is running in the 13-14v range. Apparently its program detects whether or not the system is charging and judges the level of charge accordingly. And it does all this by just sampling the voltage in the boat "cigarette lighter".
Its especially cheering that this automotive item works just fine for my boat since "Marine" equipment can be pricey. I bought three, one for the chart/electical area, one for my sleeping cabin and one for the cockpit so I can check battery use/ condition under sail when power can still be drawn down (GPS, Radar, radio),or in the evening when others may be using power (pumps, electic toilet, etc.) Drawing voltage down too far is bad for batteries and the worst case, not being able to start the engine, can be a disaster.

Best gadget for the best price

On the strength of very positive reviews in the Casita Travel Trailer forum, I bought one of these gadgets for the Christmas stocking of all the guys in my family. At $12,26 it is very affordable and simply works. Plug it into your 12V socket and turn on the ignition. It will instantly tell you the status of your battery. Start the engine and it will instantly tell you the status of your charging system. For boats, RVs, any vehicle where you need to carefully monitor your electrical system, this is the ticket.

Extremely Useful Diagnostic Tool

I was skeptical that something this inexpensive could be so useful. But once you plug this tester into your cigarette lighter, you'll see this this little device is a lot more intelligent than you might think.

With the car not running, the tester shows your battery voltage and status. A little battery icon tells you that the tester knows the car is not running, and that the LCD is displaying Battery Status. You can see the exact voltage on the LCD screen. Novices can simply look at the red, yellow, or green LEDs to quickly determine the health of your battery. To put your mind at ease, a little bar graph shows you the relative battery voltage.

Once you start the car, the little battery icon goes out and you see a little charging circle icon displayed - this tells you the device knows the car is running and that it is now displaying Charging Status. After you let the engine warm up, hold the engine at about 2500 RPM. The neat little LCD display now shows you the alternator's charging voltage. A green LED will satisfy you that the charging system is healthy, a yellow will caution you that your charging system might need some maintenance, and finally the red LED alerts you that your battery is being either under- or over-charged. The LCD display and graph indicates the exact nature of any problems.

IT'S VERY IMPORTANT to note that your cigarette lighter socket must be COMPLETELY CLEAN for this tester to be happy and useful. Clean out the socket good with a plastic (NON-METALLIC!) brush, then blow any debris with a quick blast from a can of compressed air (blowing from your mouth is NOT enough). Proper operation of this tester will display the LCD voltage being stable, or moving either consistently up OR consistently down. If the voltage fluctuates erratically, or if the devices turns itself on and off, clean the cigarette lighter socket, then re-seat the tester firmly in the socket. If the device still behaves erratically, that's a sign that your battery terminals may be loose.

Most garages will charge you $20 a pop for what this wonderful tester does for a few bucks in three minutes. Someone with advanced knowledge of cars can have way too much fun with this tester.

It looks cool and worked great, but it only worked for 1 day and that was it. Perhaps just like everything else in life; You may get a bad batch from time to time.

Simply does what it is suppose to do!

I have a diesel truck that has gone through 4 alternators and 6 batteries in the last 8 years. After the last alternator I wised up and starting looking for a way to monitor this BUT didn't want to put an A pillar of gauges in the cab. I found this read tons of good reviews and bought it. I have used it for a fews months now through the winter and this little gem work like a charm! Probably the best 13 dollars I have spent in my life! Think about it what can you spend 13 dollars on for a car or boat that will save you a towing fee or being stranded. Best money I have ever spent PERIOD! I have bought several to give to family!

I live in Portland, OR where it rains a lot. Good wiper blades are a necessity for rainy weather. These work great in the rain! No streaking and easy installation! Plus, they don't cost a fortune! I highly recommend getting these premium blades versus the cheaper rain x blades. They are definitely worth it!

It works great with my car! The make, model and year I have is HONDA CIVIC 2006. For the HONDA CIVIC I have, the left windshield wiper is 26" and the right is 24". At first I had doubts about it because it actually extends a little more than the ones that came with the car originally. I thought that it wouldn't cover the middle too much. It seem like that the first few swipes after I installed it. But once the wiper molded to the shape of the windshield, it works like a charm. I have used this for like about 2 weeks now and every time it's been used, it wipes the rain off squeaky clean and it's really silent when it does swipe off the rain. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who has this make and model. Even installing it was easy. I didn't even have to change out any parts when I got it. If you are wondering about the 24", it also works great.

These are the best blades I've found. Bosch Icon and PIAA are both good, but they don't last nearly as long. Most blades last me about 6 months before I notice the drop in performance; these last for about a year.

A Good Choice for GMs I&L Wiper Arm

I originally bought this blade since it was one of very few that could adapt to GMs I&L (Insert & Lock) style wiper arm. The original plastic connector must be removed and replaced with a different one included in the package. Some reviewers state that the plastic connector does not stay on the wiper blade, but that is not true if you attach it properly. The connector must be slid onto the blade completely so that the lock tab prevents it from moving, which requires very stiff force. I initially thought I had the connector properly mounted on the blade only to discover later that it was not on all the way. I have used the blades for one month now in rain and light snow and have been satisfied with the performance and visibility.

Does not fit, don't trust the vehicle selection system

I have a 2007 VW Jetta, needed a new wiper blade. The amazon system that lets you specify what year/make/model your car is didn't end up working for me here. The wiper came with three adapters to fit it onto different types of wipers, and none of them worked with my car.

So beware of buying something like this online, especially here, because even though you're assured it's going to work you might end up with a piece that just doesn't.

Rain-X wipers are great!

I ordered the drivers side and the passenger side wipers from Amazon because no one had both of them. The price was fair, the shipping was immediate and if used with the Rain-X windshield treament you will never have a problem seeing the road.

Perfectly silent great if you don't care if you can see!!

They were the most perfect quiet wipers I have found yet, however about 1 or 2 weeks in you can't see anything.. I had a permanent streak right in my line of vision and its was streaky everywhere, I almost crashed in rush hour.. and stopped on the way home to get them changed that instant.. I tired all the tricks to clean the windshield ect.. Nothing worked $40 worth of garbage.. I have an Subaru Legacy if that helps any of you.. Try ANYTHING else..

Works great with my car!

It works great with my car. I have a HONDA CIVIC 2006. I have used this for 3 weeks now and from the first swipe till now, every swipe has been squeaky clean and noise free. It was also really easy to install because the fitting for my type of car was already on the wiper so all I had to do was clip it on to the car. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who had this type of car. I had a little frost on the windshield one time in the morning and I had to melt it with water before I was able to get the frost off, but I'm pretty sure that's what you have to do for all frost on the car.

Disappointed

As a storm spotter I need good wiper blades. I bought these blades based on reviews from several sites.

After installation the driver's side wiper had a 3-4" smear when running the washer. With rain or snow it was worse.

The passenger side would have a smear that would come and go in different places.

Marginal rain performance. Horrible snow/ice performance

I would not recommend these wiper blades to anyone.

It seems if they work, they work well. Mine didn't.

Replaced with cheapo Anco blades and they work great.

Worst wipers ever!

Some not-so-nice person decided to bend up my wiper blade (who does that?!) so I had to look for a replacement. It wasn't so bad as I need to replace mine anyways, but that's beside the point. I ordered this based on all of the positive reviews. These have got to be THE WORST wipers I have ever used! I could have used the wipers from my first car 20 years ago and they'd probably do better than these did! The installation was super easy, but I'm not entirely sure why they supply you with an extra hunk of plastic... that confused me! As for their performance, I noticed that the actual plastic blade had slid off of to the side in the packaging, so that gave me concern right away. I put the blades on my car and went to spray some fluid and I had SO many streaks! Some parts still had full beads of the washer fluid because the wiper didn't even touch the window! I am super disappointed with these and do not recommend these to anyone! I might as well go down to my local auto store and pick up a pair of cheapies, they'd do a much better job than this piece of junk!

I bought these blades based on a Consumer Reports rating and have been very disappointed with them. While they are quiet in operation, they are leaving a couple of areas on the windshield untouched on the up stroke. As a result, I am going back to the OEM blades which are more expensive but cleaned the entire windshield with both strokes.

I finally got tired of poor quality windshield wipers, and these are the wipers that I chose as an upgrade. They work great. Shipping was good, but not great. The only other area that could be improved on was the instructions. They should have been more detailed.
