Outstanding replacement blade

The Trico Products 14-B Exact Fit Rear Wiper Blade - 14" is an excellent replacement blade for the back wiper on my 2007 Acura RDX. There are instructions included in the package that detail how to remove the old blade (it requires a slightly unnatural movement, bending the blade more than 90 degrees to allow it to pop out - the instructions were definitely helpful).

I followed the documentation again for installation of the new piece and it has the look and feel of the old. I can't tell the difference, to be honest, save the fact that the new one works like a new blade. Very pleased with the quality and appearance of this item as a near exact replacement for my existing stock rear wiper.

Five stars, no question.

Not always easy to find

It is sometimes hard to find a wiper blade for the rear window. It seems like the local auto parts stores are well stocked with blades for the front windshields but the small blades for the rear of my SUV's are never in stock.

This was the correct blade and was easy to install. It works well and cheaper than buying from my locaL Nissan dealer.

These *ARE* OEM

If it wasn't for the packaging, I would have never figured out how to remove the rear wiper blade: you rotate at an angle that looks like it will snap both the arm and the wiper - excellent diagram. These are a dead OEM match for the 2009 Tribeca rear wiper . . . I suspect they are Subaru's supplier.

With prime, I saved $6 over buying one at the dealer (bought two just for the next time).

This blade looks exactly like the OEM one I replaced. VERY simple to install, tried to make it complicated, but then I realized it just snap-slides off and then new one back on. Nice flat blade, excellent clearing action on rear window.

Perfect Replacement

This is the only rear wiper replacement I have found that will fit my Subaru Outback without going to the dealership. Otherwise, the only way to replace the wiper was to pull out the rubber strip and replace it with a new one. This conveniently replaces the entire part with no issues. I am sure the same goes for other makes and models as well.

Rain-X wipers

This is my second time ordering these and I've liked them in the past. They're better than regular wipers but this time they aren't wiping quite as good as the last time, but again, they're still better than regular wipers.

Better than Bosch, but not great

The first replacement blades I bought for my car were Bosch and they just did not work well at all. These Rain-X work better but not great -- there is still some streaking during the return (downward) swipe. Like many wipers, they work better in heavy rain. They were very easy to install and priced right, but I will probably try another brand before buying these again.

Right 2 inches don't make contact. . .

As some other reviewers have noted, the curve of this wiper is not quite right. The rightmost two inches or so of the wiper blade doesn't make contact with the windshield, leaving an unwiped patch at the corner on the passenger side. At this price point, such a basic failure of performance is pretty weak stuff.

The part that does make contact seems to wipe pretty, well, though.

Didnt fit against windshield - Dont Buy Online

The 22 inch blade I got for my drivers side fit perfectly and works great. This passenger side blade wont make contact with the windshield on my Jag and in all accounts is worthless. I wont be buying another pair of these and wouldnt recommend them.

UPDATE: I went to WalMart and bought a replacement just in case the one I got here was indeed defective. It wasnt. I'ts hard for me to believe that Rain X isnt aware of this problem yet continues to tell Jaguar owners that it will fit. Now I have one Rain X wiper and I guess I'll have to buy another brand for the passenger side. If these things werent so expensive, it wouldnt be that big of a deal. Additionally, who wants to have two different wipers on there car?

My recommendation would be to buy these at WalMart, so if they dont fit, you can immediately take them back. Ordering online is not a good idea.

5 star blades, 1 star guide

These blades are a huge improvement over the tradition blades I had on my Honda Accord. My last blades were on its last life. They barely got any coverage and then I saw these on sale at my local BX on base. Visibility is great with these! I also emptied out my washer fluid and put in the rain x kind. Weather is getting colder in south Texas. Why I say 1 star guide? Well the rain x guide and the guide here on Amazon have the 19" blade that fits on my passenger side. But on my '87 Accord it will not fit and hits the window frame. I exchanged it with an 18" blade and it fits perfectly. So the rain x guide and amazon guides are both wrong. But other than that, fantastic blades!

Great for Triumph Speed Triple

I grabbed this at a local AutoZone (ordered backups just now from Amazon, but needed the job done, today). The extra length + textured grip will make my next change that much easier as I'll just reach up and twist it out and my wrenches won't get covered in spent oil. Clearance is not an issue on most bikes as the difference in length from stock is negligible, but *just* enough to grab without fiddling with a filter wrench. Your pipes or belly pan/fairing hang significantly lower than this filter will. Removing the filter by hand will also mean an overall less messy oil change.

Add to that the myriad of great reviews, this price, and Amazon reliability...it's a no-brainer. It's not so much that dealer filters are a rip-off (though they are); it's that this is just a superior filter to most paper-media stock options. Plus, you save a trip to the dealer.

CHANGE YOUR CRUSH WASHERS EVERY TIME, lol. Not sure why some of you folks still skip that after having gone through the mess of changing your own fluids.

PureONE Oil Filter

One of the better filters out there. Never had an issue with any Purolator oil filter.

I cut open filters that fit the same car from Fram (Tough Guard)' Mobil 1, and this Pure 1 filter. You cannot tell what size particles are captured by the media this way (Mobil 1 and Pure 1 claim synthetic media), but you can count pleets. The Pure 1 had nearly twice as many, and the bypass and general construction seems to be better also. And the Pure 1 costs about half of what the Mobil 1 filter costs.

The people who have done "extensive research" should take a look at the Purolator site ! These are HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED for motorcycles. they have black motorcycle filters at just as great a value and they wont harm your motorcycle oil pump like the purolator gold will. I've been using it for years on auto filters as well as my motorcycle which has an OEM non-disposable filter. It takes very little spray and will last forever. The cleaning process is simple and only takes a few minutes. The kit costs less than most replacements so it should be an easy decision for any reusable filter, even if it's not a K&N.

Not bad; product looks to perform as promised (just completed a long road trip for Thanksgiving....no breakdowns yet).

One thing to note....wear good eye protection (you might want to consider safety goggles, not just safety glasses) when using that aerosol mist (the oil, too, probably, but I didn't notice the problem so much with the oil). I was soaking my filter outside on a breezy day, spraying the aerosol onto the filter. The mist (and I'm not talking about much more than a few mist-drops) from this stuff got in my eyes. NOT COOL. This is why the product doesn't get five stars; they tell you about the eye hazard, but I don't think they do enough to highlight it in light of how much it burns to get so little into your eyes. I'd recommend nitrile safety gloves too.

Early Save

Within a week of receiving the Jumpstart, I got to use it on my daughter's 2002 Honda Odyssey. It worked instantly. My only complaint is that the instruction pamphlet is almost useless. Customer service answered my questions. So far very happy with the product.

Works great even in extreme cold

I had one of the other cheaper varieties of jumpers for my Harley.
It worked pretty well in LA but when I moved to NYC things couldn't crank the bike at all.

This jumper works great even in the bitter NYC cold. Turns the bike on in one easy go.
I would definitely recommend this over anything else you'll see here.

It doesn't have the little bells and whistles but does what it's supposed to flawlessly.

No frills jump starter

I bought this jump starter to replace a Vector Jump Starter that lasted 8 years.
Haven't had a chance to use it yet but it has held its charge for 2 months and appears to be well built. I chose this one because of its power rating and that it doesn't have a light built into it. From past experience the light will turn on from getting bumped or other unintentional causes and drain the jump starter usually at the time when you need it. Seems to be well built but I wish the base was made wider or engineered in a way that it wouldn't fall over in the trunk. The only other thing that I didn't like is that it is made in China. Jump and Carry does make jump starters made in the United States but they are mostly for Industrial use and are much more expensive.

Why didn't I buy this a long time ago?

We have an older SUV hat we don't drive much and the battery frequently needs to be jump started. Once when I couldn't get it started i had to call for roadside assistance to get it started and saw this Jump N Carry starter start up my SUV like it had a brand new car battery in it. I immediately went onto Amazon to find one. It's an amazing starter and I highly recommend this.
