You should also consider that such a car may be expensive to insure. Check your insurance rates before buying one, for example here - carinsurance.yoll.net

Answer:
Consumer Auto puts it at around 2100-2600 for excellent condition, 1500-1800 for fair.Given that you have tons of modifications to it, which were personal choices of your own, and not what everyone would want....that deducts from the value.Carmax generally deducts between 10% and 15%, for modifications. Basically, you made the car how you want it. But that doesn't mean anyone else wants it that way. Also, consider the modifications you made that were pointless. 1992 Civic seats? Why? Air fuel gauge? You don't have a wideband o2 sensor, so it does you no good. Racing pedals? Pedals don't help you race. Shift light? What on earth for? The car doesn't travel fast enough for you to require a faster reaction time than normal.Coming from someone who knows a thing or two about cars, I wouldn't give it a second look, because it looks like you just riced it out. God only knows how you've been driving it.So, reasonably...you're somewhere between 1700 and 2300. (the averages of the two earlier values) Which is right around 2000. Subtract 10% from that, and you get $1800.And that's a reasonable market price.
