1.5"....in your dreams...
I was very excited to get this kit. Very excited, that is, until I installed it. The packaging was fine, the install was an easy one, aside from hot FL weather, but the results were a tremendous disappointment. I have an '07 Ram 1500 Reg Cab and the Daystar kit leveled out about 3/4"; half of what I paid for. I wish I could get my money back for this. You're better off going with a TRUXXX leveling kit or any other steel kit. Daystar was a huge letdown, as this is my first of many mods in the works. Don't waste the time or the money. You WILL NOT get the advertised 1 1/2" lift in the front. You will just be disappointed.

Fits the rear suspension on my 2002 Isuzu Trooper for a 1" lift. Should fit 1994-2002 Troopers and Vehi-cross.

Daystar 1.5" Dodge 2WD leveling kit
If you have a 2WD Dodge truck that sits low in the front like i did than you may want to install this. I have a Dodge 3500 Quad cab Diesel 2 wheel drive and it sat really low in the front. I installed this and am really happy with the results. This kit didn't completely level the truck as it still sits a little high in the rear but to me thats about right as it tows a gooseneck trailer. This kit made a drastic improvement in the looks department and would reccomend it to others

i know that they are chassis that are made by a single company then shipped around to other car companies and then all the company does is attach their accessories and stuff but what else are they and why are the prohibited in the U.S?
Answer:
A rolling chassis ranges from four wheels and a frame to a complete car with no drivetrain and I wasn't aware of any legal action against them.

Question : How to remove chassis saver paint from skin?
Alright so I spilled chassis saver paint on my hands and now they're pure black. Is there any way I can get this off relatively easy? I've tried nail polish remover and gas, neither helped. My hands are still black after washing 8 times and showering 3 times. Any help would be appreciated.Paint thinner didnt work, chlorox didnt work, gas is a no, out of ideas.

I am confused on your question. Do you want to know want year frames will fit or do you want to know how to change it.The body on your suburban is very heavy. It will take many suppose points to keep it from bowing when pulling it from the frame.

I am working on an engine swap in my 1990 Dodge Daytona. I'm planning on putting a 488ci V10 out of a 2nd Generation viper in her. Now, I could fabricate my own frame, but don't have the tools. So are there any Garages, or Fabrication shops that would build me a Custom chassis that not only fits the demensions of the car, but will also build custom motor mounts?

i own the f50s... and they kinda suck... cool idea to customize everything but as a cleat don't go for it. just cut your losses or in your case buy the cheapest chassis cause it doesnt make a difference in the end. so as for the answer, buy the cheapest... then save some money and buy a better cleat lol, sorry bro.

The older ones were under the back seat above the plate that covers the shift connection.

I've been looking around for a car (older cars) and sometimes I see the term "rolling chassis." Typically when I see this term, the car has been stripped of its engine and transmission. However, there have been a few exceptions. At first, I thought that "rolling chassis" meant the car could only be rolled, but after seeing a few with this term that run, I'm getting confused. Someone please give me a clear definition.

ok rolling chassis can mean a frame and body only,no interior no motor trans no electrical ect. a striped down piece of rolling metal.people have changed what it means to their own use

this car has no chassis. its a "unibody". the whole thing will have to be puto a rack & pulled straight if its even possible. go to body shop. most likely this is very expensive. have fun. ;)

Question : How do i build a stable wooden frame in a metal chassis?
Ok so i just removed an extremely old in wall air conditioner, needless to say it was very large. The metal chassis is still in the wall and i filled it with a smaller window air conditioner. Only major problem is that i need a way to stabilize the wooden frame i built around the new air conditioner. I plan on placing dry wall in the area around the new air conditioner, but i need the frame stabilized to do so. Any tips on how to create a stable wood frame in a metal chassis?
Answer:
You need the wood to be pushing/snug to the chassis at several points of contact. Build your frame so that after the fasteners are in place in the wood, it can't move forward, back, side to side, up/down, etc...

Question : where is the chassis number located on a megane coupe?
I'm trying to find the paint coulor of my renault megane coupe but cant find the metal label with my chassis number on it. Its so annoying cos i'm sure i've seen it before somewhere but now its nowhere to be found. I've looked under the bonnet and on the iner side of the door. Anyone with a similar car that can help me out?
