Editorial Review :

Accutire's programmable digital tire gauge is an easy-to-use, multi-featured gauge with an extra large, blue, backlit LCD screen and ergonomic styling. It measures PSI from 5-99 pounds in 0.5-pound units, and includes the patent-protected Set Point programmable feature which allows for recording the factory-recommended tire pressure for both front and rear tires. Other helpful features include a white LED flashlight to make checking tire pressure at night or in the garage a cinch; an audible pressure signal; auto off; and a five-year manufacturer warranty.

Does As It Says

I bought this tire gauge because I was tired of the traditional types which forced a sliding mechanism to come out of a sleeve and you had to read the numbers or slashes on the side. I wanted specific, accurate readings and the Accutire MS - 4350B delivers them with digital readouts. The little beeper beeps when it has the reading and it works consistently. I like it because it works exactly as it says it does. The programmable feature seems a bit over the top and I don't use it but some air pressure freaks may like it. It a reasonable price, good value and I recommend it to anyone.

Rating :

Mediocre at best

This Gauge does not make an easy proper seal with the tire valve. The tire loses air with the numberof attempts made to make the seal. I doubted the accuracy of the reading

Neat features; pitiful quality

I bought 3 of these a few months ago. One of the three arrived with an internal leak and never worked right. After 3 months, only one of the 3 still works. The second one works only as a flashlight, the pressure reading part has ceased to operate. I can't recommend these to anyone.

Great little toole

The gage works great and the little flashlight is helpfull in dark conditions. I think it's a great value for litlle money! What else can you say?

You definitely want an O-ring

I've had this product for a number of years, and only by reading the reviews here did I learn what was really wrong and how to fix it. In my case, I took an 008 O-ring (width 1/16", inner diameter 3/16", outer diameter 5/16"), popped it in, and suddenly decided I liked this tire pressure gauge.

Great compressor at a great price

This compressor inflates tires quickly and works quietly. I keep it in the trunk and use it every couple weeks to adjust the tire pressures in my car tires. I have a camry and haven't had any trouble with blowing fuses.

Awesome Product

I ordered one of these bad dudes after my cheap Target special stopped working. It worked flawlessly today when I used it for the first time to add about 5 lbs of air to each of my car tires. I would say it added 5 lbs of air in about one minute, which is about 10 times faster than what I was used to with my old piece of junk tire inflator. Do yourself a favor and buy this one if you are considering one of those 20 dollar specials from Wal-Mart. For about $20 more you get a totally different product and it will last longer and inflate your tires much faster. One thing I noticed is that you need to screw the inflator tip onto the valve stem and this works fine but it isn't obvious that the tip screws on and I spent a few minutes trying to figure it out because I am a bit of a dim bulb and I don't believe there was instructions in the box. Also, the cigarette lighter hookup seems well-made, which is something that tends to fall apart on the cheaper models. Also, the power cord is very long and the unit is shipped with a spiffy carrying case that is ample in size to hold the unit and its prodigiously long cable. It is always nice to have a long cable.

All the positive reviews are correct.

So, I bought this having read almost all of the reviews on here: they are correct when they say this thing rocks! I had a low tire--a 235/75 R 15 truck/SUV at about 25 psi--on a very cold day: about 5 F out. Plugged it into the 12V jack in the SUV and connected the screw-on nozzle and let it do it's thing. It was pretty quiet and filled the tire to 40 psi in 4 minutes and 2 seconds. Not bad considering the cold weather and this SUV weighs about 5000 lbs! And, this thing is small enough to store in the vehicle without taking up too much space. AND, the extension cord was really long to go all the way around the vehicle. Well worth the $40 bucks!

great little air compressor

This little air compressor really does a great job. It is powerful for a 12 volt compressor, and is quiet and stable on the floor. I really recommend it.

The Perfect Travel Companion

I got a slow leak in my tire the other day. It was a Sunday night and there was nowhere to get it fixed. Problem was, I knew if i parked it overnight, it would be flat by the morning. So I had to use a hand pump (ugh) the next morning to get enough air in it to make it to a tire place. That's when I decided I had to have a small portable unit like this superb Viair. I can't believe how beautifully this unit is put together. Whole thing weighs no more than about 4 pounds but it works as well (or better) than the much larger units you can find in most major gas stations. And I love the connector that attaches it to the tire. Just screw it on and it's rock solid. After that just flip the 'on-off' swith to 'on' and you're as good as done. The unit is very quiet and unbelievably powerful. The tire pressure gauge on top is quite accurate so you always know just where you are as the tire is filling with air. At less that $40 delivered this thing is a ridiculous bargain. No driver should ever be without this.

BEST TIRE GAUGE FOR THE MONEY!

I have two of these now, one for each car --and I use it for my horse trailer tires. Definitely better than a base pogo type gauge and best digital at a great price! There is no need to spend more money on a gauge and I have had my other (original)one going on 5yrs and it still works perfect!

Rating :

Batteries cost more than gauge

This product works OK, but it has one fatal design flaw: It needs 3 LR33 batteries, which will cost you more than the price of the gauge. There is enough space in the handle to use a standard AAA battery.

Rating :

Incapable of making necessary seal with tire stem/valve.

I found it almost impossible to get a reading because this gadget would not fit tightly on the valve stem. No other tire gauge I tried afterwards had this problem. I notice several other reviewers had the same experience

cheap, works well with accurate digital reading and easy to read display. Only reason i gave it 4 stars is because im not sure how long it will last or how accurate it will stay since as with everything else in this country, its made in china

And the finger operated air-bleed valve allows you to release pressure quickly for precise settings and to get you back on the track and staged for your next lap.

Poor Quality

I bought 2 of these. Mine was not accurate. Returned it and got another not accurate. The one I gave for a gift, same thing,,not accurate. Amazon would not let me return for full credit.

Nice Gauge - Easy to Use

This gauge seems to be well made and easy to use. At 30 psi, it is within 0.5 psi of my digital gauge, matching what at least one other reviewer reported.

PROS:
- The bleed valve makes it easy to fine tune tire pressures.
- The hose and valve attachment fitting are sturdy and work well.
- As others have reported, the valve attachment fitting seals to the valve stem easily.
- The hose is long enough to move the gauge dial to an easy-to-read position.
- The large black-on-white dial is easy to read even in the darker corners of my garage.
- The price seems reasonable for the quality of the product even after adding the cost of the protective rubber.

CONS:
- As others have indicated, the gauge case material seems a bit light and not as sturdy as the rest of the unit. Only time will tell if this causes problems with the gauge's function and durability.
- The rubber protection piece, available separately at additional cost, should be standard.
- The protective rubber should cover the back of the case.

In my review of the rubber protective piece, I dinged it one star for the cons listed above so I'm not ding the gauge also. Looking at the gauge as a two piece purchase with "some assembly required," I give it 5 stars and would recommend it to anyone looking for a tire gauge in this class.

Tire Pressure Gauge of a Lifetime

I was tired of seemingly disposable tire pressure gauges. I now keep this one in my truck and have confidence when I check my tires. Easy to use and easy to read. I recommend this for the most satisfying tire pressure checking of your life.

Rating :

Very accurate gauge

This is a very accurate tire pressure gauge. It would have gotten 5 stars if it held the tire pressure reading after removing it from the tire but it does not. It also should have come with the optional rubber cover for protection. The body of the gauge is a light weight metal that needs the rubber protector.

Rating :

5 stars for now

Well, out of the box (almost) anything will be good. Real review have to be in a year or so. I hope it will last, I bought that rubber boot for it. Did a quick test, was impressed how fast the needle jumps (before this I went through 3 digital gauges - all broken now) those take MUCH longer.

Nice Pump - I recommend

I've had this pump for a few months now and have used it on car and bicycle tires with good results. It seems well built, compact and is pretty quiet. I emailed the customer service before I purchased it to ask if it had both Presta vs Schrader adapters and they got back to me within 2 hours (yes, it comes with both adapters)... very impressed. It's a great compressor and well worth the money. The only not so great thing is that some air leaks when you unscrew the hose from the valve stem... not a big deal on a car, but more so on a bike with high pressure - I just go a couple of pounds high before I unscrew it.

Rating :

Very, Very, Very Impressed...

I'm very impressed with this little guy. It's very well made, comes with a nice carrying case, and has great range. Not to mention, this is a powerful little pump. I was able to go from 28 to 40 psi on a 20" tire in less than a minute. And the carrying case doesn't seem like an after thought. It fits everything perfectly, and looks like it would do a great job protecting this if you were to throw it in your spare tier well.

However there are 2 reasons why I didn't give it 5 stars:

1. The gauge is a little misleading. This pump is clearly meant for big PSI applications since the granularity of the gauge labels jump from 30 -> 60psi in 2psi increments. (And In most cases people fill their tires in the 30-50 psi range) This makes it very easy to over/under fill your tires. You really need to pay attention to the gauge as it fills to make sure you're are the right level. Not a show stopper, just took me a little by surprise.

Also, when the pump is turned off, the gauge usually reads 1-2psi lower than when it was on. This is an expected behavior in most cases... But just make sure you over fill by about 1 psi to get the proper amount of air in.

2. The only other issue to note is that this guy is Power hungry. Make sure you see how many amps your plug can handle before you use it. I accidentally plugged into an Accessory plug in my truck that was only rated at 5 AMPS -- and it blew the fuse immediately. After I put it in the primary port, it worked spectacular.

Really, the above are just nit picks. I would buy this again in a heart beat, and recommend it to anyone who asked.

Rating :

Great Product

I purchased this item to replace the Craftsman portable battery compressor I had purchased. It would not hold a charge and could not inflate one tire before running flat.
This Goodyear pump is brilliant. Its quiet, quick and easy to use. The flex hose is a great feature as it gives you that extra range to inflate a tire on your trailer while still hitched to your vehicle. The carry bag makes it easy to store in your vehicle without the risk of loosing all the little extra fittings etc.
If you are thinking of buying it....... go ahead, you won't be disappointed.

Rating :

Can't use with Mini Vans & Cars

It needs more than 16AMP DC outlet. I had 15AMP outlets for my minivan and car. Using this inflater blew both the fuses after pumping couple of tires.
Product carton says it as "Goodyear i7000 for Trucks & SUV's". Also it says that the power requirement as 14.5AMP. I think product description about power requirement is wrong. It needs more than 14.5AMP as it blew my car fuse.

It should work great on trucks and SUV's but not for mini vans and cars.

Peace of Mind

After having the "low tire pressure" warning light suddenly come on while on a road trip, I decided that I had to purchase one of the portable air compressors available. This one is as easy to use and is as quiet as advertized. It is compact and with the bag it comes with, easy to store in the car so that it is ready to go. Now I never need to worry about finding a gas station either in town or out. I highly recommend this product for anyone like me who is mechanically challenged, tries to be independent and wants to handle things on their own!

No. His asking price is based on what he thinks the add-ons are worth, not the actual vehicle's value. An 11-year old Cherokee with that many miles would bring about $7-800 at auction. You have to decide whether the extras are worth an additional $5K. My advice is "no, they're not".

Question : toyota Supra audio modification Please Help ????????????
i got 95 supra ,,with blitz body kit all around and 19inch racing hart cr wheels and trd style Hood its pearl white . now i want to do audio modification ,, i am thinking taking out the spare tire and one jl audio w7 with jl amp. , any more ideas please let me know . thanks

Answer:
turbo and get 1800 RWHP.... oh but audio hmmmmmmm go for something that requires VERY small sealed boxes. You should be able to squeeze 2 12''s and an amp if you get some that function in small sealed boxes. I like infinity personally.... I raced like a 97 supra that had 800 RWHP, WOW. It SMOKED my trans am. Literally went 3-4 car lengths in under 2 seconds. Viper killers baby! Remember, the more subs the easier it is to bump, assuming the multiple smaller subs hit as low as single say 15". I like 12''s best balance of deep bass and responsiveness. Although many beefed up 10''s hit just as low as 15''s

It is an automatic with ~97,100 miles on it. It has a Honda Ralleye Red paint job. It is in very good condition, I am only selling it because I just bought a new truck. It shows normal signs of wear, but there have never been any engine or transmission problems, or any problems for that matter. The car has projector headlights, euro tail lights, headlight covers, neon interior lights, strobe lights in bumper, hood scoop, custom painted dash and center console (red and silver), it has 15" American Racing rims, and 20% tint all around except rear window. The MAIN PART of the car is the Stereo System: I have 2 12"w3v2 JL Audio Subwoofers in a Powerwedge JL Audio box (quality of a sealed box with the bass of a ported box), Alpine CDA-9827 CD Player, a Crossfire VR602 2-channel amp and VR-352 4-channel amp, 5.25" JL Audio Door Speakers, and Pioneer 6x9 Rear Deck Speakers. This system won 2nd place at a show with 147.2dB (louder than a jet engine). I also have a set of winter wheels and tires which I'll add for an extra $100. The wheels only have one season under them.

Answer:
One of the keys to pricing a car is to effectively rate the car as the price will vary widely based on condition and mileage. Mileage is pretty obvious. You should base condition on a Carfax report (which would also help catch any odometer fraud) and your own review. Before you buy your final step should be an inspection by a qualified mechanic - but that's too expensive to do on every car you look at.There are a bunch of places to check car prices on the Internet. NADA guides is one - but since they are owned by the car dealers association I never recommend them. KBB is another. Driverside.com is a new site and they have a couple of extras - great data showing price based on mileage; DriverSide Estimate where they search actual listings to find what cars are actually selling for in local markets; and estimates for trade in pricing. http://www.driverside.com/value-your-car/chevrolet-cavalier-1997-2158-4740-0Also take a look a the DriverSide cost of ownership - service, gas, insurance and even depreciation to see how the price will drop over time. I find that most folks look at the one time sales price - not the ongoing costs which continue long after you buy your car.

The interior also includes a 3,300 watt sound system including 2 12 inch subwoofers and a 1200 watt amp. I was just wondering how much you guys would expect this truck to sell for. Thanks. Answer:
It's a good looking truck, you haven't really gone overboard on anything. Lift is modest. Has some nice details. The sound system is probably more then it needs but not outrageous. The skull motif may detract from it, but some buyers will probably like it. You don't say how many miles it has. If the mileage is low you could probably get 10,000 easy, maybe more in the right market. With the recent drop in gas prices, it shouldn't be too hard to find a buyer. It's a nice, heavy duty 4x4.

Question : How much do you think I can get for this car?
It's an '05 TL with navigation, 55k miles. 2 sets of tyres, summer and winter. Acura installed Ilinc so you can play your ipod through the steering wheel controls, and a nice sub and amp?I doubt anyone cares about the sub and amp, but the Ilinc is nice

Answer:
probably anywhere from 18- to 15 grand would be the best. the miles will wear down the price, but since its an acura, its made to last. i would try to offer it for $23,000, if more ... the highest i would go is $28,000.

The answer is in your link:This is not a road legal scooter therefore cannot be driven on UK roads!Under Europe-wide type approval legislation passed in June 1999, electric bicycles that did NOT need to be pedalled for the motor to operate were banned, with manufacturers being given three years to comply (June 2003). This has now been extended to 9th Novemenr 2003.To remain exempt from motor vehicle legislation, an electric bicycle must comply with the following:1) power no more than 250 watts rated output2) motor must stop when you stop pedalling3) motor power should reduce as you reach the maximum speed (25kph)4) maximum weight 40 kilos5) bike complies with existing United Kingdom pedal cycle standards.Electric and petrol-powered micro-scooters are not, and never have been, road legal in the UK. Recent court rulings have imposed heavy penalties on users, treating the machines as small motorcycles in law. Thus, riding an electric scooter in a public place (a public road, footpath or cyclepath) can result in prosecution for riding without insurance, MOT, tax, and a BS-standard motorcycle helmet, resulting in hefty fines and (according to a number of recent cases) points on your driving licence. Consequently, we are unable to recommend an electric scooter. The electric bicycles below are treated as conventional bicycles, but riders must be over 14 years of age.http://www.atob.org.uk/electric_legal_.htmIn GB, the EAPC Regulations[1]; apply to certain bicycles, tandem bicycles or tricycles fitted with pedals by means of which they are capable of being propelled. Furthermore, the vehicle must also meet the following requirements:Maximum kerbside weight (including batteries but without rider) shall not exceed - Bicycle: 40 kg - Tandem Bicycle: 60 kg - Tricycle: 60 kgMaximum continuous rated power output of the motor shall not exceed- Bicycle: 200W - Tandem Bicycle: 250W - Tricycle: 250WAn EAPC which complies with the above is not considered to be a motor vehicle within the meaning of The Road Traffic Act 1988. As a result, it is not required to be registered, pay vehicle excise duty (road tax) or be insured as a motor vehicle. No EAPC may be ridden by anyone under the age of 14 years. The Pedal Cycles (Construction and Use) Regulations [2]; also specify requirements for EAPCs. These include a requirement to display a plate showing the manufacturer, the nominal voltage of the battery, and the continuous rated output of the motor.http://www.dft.gov.uk/pgr/roadsafety/drs/cyclingandmotorcycling/electricassistedpedalcycleshtt p://eur-lex.europa.eu/LexUriServ/LexUriServ.do?uri=CELEX:32002L0024:EN:NOT

Answer:
Iam not really up on your 200sx 's as our are different than yours ours being the 180sx and then the Silvia. But 100k on a Japanese engine if its been serviced its nothing i have never owned a Japanese car with mileage much lower than 100k and all of them have drove like new cars,i have had newer other country cars with have been terrible cars not even close to that.Anyone whom says the mileage is an issue has either never owned a good Japanese car or bought a stinker which was abused. It seems well looked after and not many owners go for it although check the cambelt etc have been changed as its not for off due,if it hasnt theres a discount on the price to throw at them. But seems a good car and if the price is about right get it.
